Valentines Day is over rated

I don't understand why we only celebrate one day of year the whole love thing?
Besides us lady's only get let down on this special day! If my man told me that he loved me everyday, and showed me I would be happy with that! He does tell me he loves me but maybe do the dishes or take the fricken trash out...without me having to ask and that's how you can show me love! Flowers die and cards just get thrown away after a couple days! What's the sense!
